OUR BREAK FREE GRANT
We are here to help you break free from the renting cycle and get you into your own home. To help you along the path of home ownership we can currently offer our additional $10,000 BreakFree Grant to buyers who purchase new homes with us from participating builders. Just fill out the pre-qualification forms below to see if you qualify.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- You must have your finance approved.
- A house and land contract must be signed and accepted by all parties.
- Should you default, cancel or terminate any of the house, land, finance contracts or fail to proceed with the purchase you will not be entitled to receive or keep the $10,000 Break Free grant.
- You will receive the $10,000 BreakFree grant after the slab stage of the building contract.
